IMPORTANT

Priority
To select a space, a priority is given to our regular exhibitors until August 15th.
After this date, priority is given to any paid reservation based on the date of his reservation.

Set up time
Set up should be made between 7 AM to 8:30 AM

Unloading
Vehicles must not block the unloading zones at any time and cars must be moved away as soon as possible.
We are unable to provide trolleys to help you unload.

Cancellation and Refund
No cancellation will be accepted for refund for the last 7 days preceeding the date of the show.

Liability
The organizers, employees or volunteers present during the convention cannot be held liable
for any injury, damaged, loss or stolen items during the event.
